Here’s how to create an account in just a few minutes and access your discounts:
- Click here and enter your first name, last name, and *email address (*Be sure to use the same email address you have used in the past when completing a purchase, this will reassure that you can see your past purchase history and don’t forget to Accept the terms and conditions.)
- Once completed, click on CREATE ACCOUNT and we’ll automatically send you a verification email
- Check your inbox, open the email, and click the link to create your password. (If you don’t see it after 1-2 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.)
- Create your password and login (Make sure you include the Minimum Password Requirements)
Now you are ready to Login and start Shopping!
You can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link located underneath the LOGIN button.
- Insert the email address used to create your Account and click on “SEND PASSWORD RESET LINK”
- Check your email for the verification link. If you don’t see it after 1-2 minutes check your spam or junk folder for an email with the Subject: “Verify your email address to activate your account”

For security purposes, we will send a verification email to reset your Password. This email will be send to the registered email account you used to create your account with us. You can Manage your email subscription by clicking on the “Manage Subscription” link at the end of a Marketing email, then click on Unsubscribe. Returns & refunds

This means you can try any of our incredible formulas RISK-FREE for up to 90 days, and if you aren’t completely satisfied, just send back the bottle or jars (even if they’re empty) for a full refund of your purchase price minus shipping. No questions, no hassles.
Be sure to retain your bottles/jars, as they must be returned to receive a complete refund.
Please note your guarantee comes into effect on the day your product is shipped from our fulfillment center and expires 90 days after the shipped date.

If you are within the money-back guarantee period, you will receive a return authorization number (“RA #”) and shipping instructions for your return. Your RA # and shipping instructions will be sent to you via email.
You will also be sent a form which you will need to print out and include in your return shipment. On this form you must include your RA # in order for us to process your refund. Any shipments that do not contain a return form or RA # will NOT be refunded and will be destroyed.
Please note you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred when returning your product(s). Your refund will be processed once your returned product(s) has arrived at our shipping facility.
Once your order is returned to our warehouse and processed by our team, you can expect your refund within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed.
Shipping
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Domestic shipping takes on average 2-7 business days. International shipping takes on average 14-28 business days. However, shipping time can vary, depending on different carriers and customs.
After your order processes, you will receive a confirmation number as well as tracking information so you can see exactly where your product is.
The moment we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking number and link so you can follow all tracking updates.
Note: Please know that tracking sometimes takes 1-3 business days to update.
Yes! We offer free standard ground shipping for all U.S. (Domestic) orders over $50. To meet the $50 minimum, your cart total must be $50 after discounts.
At the moment, we do not offer overnight shipping.
